i have a doubt in PT Deduction.
I am using Saral PayPack Software...
In saral software if anybody draws below 15000/- PT is not applying..
In karnataka PT Cutoff rate is 15000/-
If a employee salary per month is 15100/- he is applicable for PT , If the same employee draws below 14000/- the the employee is applicable for PT or not.\\
If the same employee absent for 29 days out of 30 he will get 533Rs. then wat is the PT for this employee.
Kindly anyone help me out from this.
