Hi, Last year, I did not receive my increment, and everyone is telling me I am a hard worker and sincere. I am dealing with other colleagues who also have good manners. I will do my work sincerely and honestly and complete it in a timely manner. In my division, two of them are not getting an Increment. I do not know how to move or discuss this with my Manager. In my mind, I want to fight with those people. Can anyone advise?

I think you should go and ask them the exact reason for not received increment ,in that don't ask negatively but ask positively
like sir , .......sir i was working since ............... days where i was wrong .
-what is your exception from us?
-How will i get increment
-what criteria ya have you define for increment like year , performance etc........
-show them your task and and KPA
don't come any conclusion before discussion .
