Recently One day session was held at Cognizant (IT Company) in Bangalore on "Labour Law Compliance for Vendors" which was attended by more than forty vendors.
Importance of compliance of applicable labour laws were dealt by me and session received very well.
Compliance is more beneficial than non compliance. Session concluded with case study where everyone participated actively.
