Dear friends and seniors,
I worked for a company in btm bangalore, from jun14-dec14 for 6 months I got sal of 23k inhand, for next 6 months in 2015 Jan-jun I got sal of 24k inhand, then jul and aug15 I got sal of 28k.
Now sep 2015 30th was my last working day.
Now while paying sal employer is talking about tax and mentioned that it's more than 28k.. Now they are delaying an to escape from paying me my sep15 sal they are talking very rough and harrasing me saying to get the sal I have to submit docs like rental agreement n if any insurance I have.
Can anybody pls suggest me what exactly I should do, I don't have any docs n while joining they have mentioned only about 200 pt deduction that's it.
Now they are blaming me that I have only asked to not to deduct the tax Bt I mentioned only not to opt for Pf.
How shd I get my full sal without any so called tax deduction.

Your employer can't unrealistically deduct salary in the name of Tax deduction.
Take Computation of Income and your liability to pay Tax with the CA you are consulting.
Post consultation with CA, resolve matter with your employer.

For the salary of Rs. 28000/- there wont be any tax even if there is no breakups. You can demand that for my earlings there wont be any TDS. Only if your taxable income is exeeding Rs 2,50,000/- PA then only they should consider TDS and they have to work out as how much to deduct
