Hi Everyone,
I joined as HR Executive for a startup company as a fresher and working here from past 7 months. Could any one help me with the labor laws that I should know for sure if i want to shift to another company?

There are many statutory those are applicable based on the size of the company, nature of the business & the location.
You may have to learn statutory such as
ESI
EPF,
Professional Tax
Shops & Commercial Establishment Act
Factories Act
Payment of wages act
minimum wages act
contract labour act
etc...

First of all you have to stick to one job until you learn every Act & its Rules and then try out somewhere else better than this, HR is a vast subject to be learned since this is startup company you can incorporate many things and learn from that. With regards to your query apart from what Mr. Jeevarathnam has mentioned there are few more Acts and Rules which is as under

Industrial Dispute Act
Industrial Standing Order Act
Maternity Benefit Act
Trade Union Act
Payment of Bonus Act
