Dear Moderators,
I have noticed recently that someone is deleting my posts.
They are professional so there is no scope of hurting anyone.
Please see Snapshot-1 where the cite shows that I have submitted my post (Latest Flies from Members) and if you click on view thread to see the post - Snapshot-2 where my post should be there, right below Dinesh Divekar's post but it is not there.
I would like to know who is doing this to me.
This is the fourth or fifth time that someone has deleted my posts. I get lot of business from citehr and I am also active with sharing my knowledge (more than 39000 downloads) so this is really bothering me.
Please help me out! Thank you!

Hi Atul,
There is an automated service which removes repeated or posts with little content. So if you are repeat posting your profile or posting short posts without any insight into what the user is asking for they are going to get deleted automatically.
The same rule applies to all and many of Dinesh's posts have also been removed by this process. We want consultants to engage on the topic with the users and not repeatedly post their profile.
We wish you more business but the interactions need to be genuine and polite.

Few of my posts were removed as no one posted in that thread, beyond the first post. I too learnt about the system deletion from Sid and took his advice.
Hence, now post in two parts, with two different posts in the same thread. Such as the one in this thread: Amazon work culture
I completely can understand not everyone would want to participate in discussion to the post I am making. Most of the time its completely to share, such as a post on a webinar I attended. No one could have contributed anything to it as it was a sheer learning that I was sharing. Hence, I would keep my thread alive with subsequent posting on my thread.
Hope this helps.

Hi CHR,
I would appreciate if you could see the thread and tell me what is not right about it.

If some one has asked about training services, I will post a general reply with my profile and with some information about my services. If some one has just mentioned some topics, I can't post training outline with such little information.
How do want us to reply to such posts? Please elaborate. Please provide an example for the above post so that it is clear to me what are you expecting from trainers.
Please let me know: How is the above post a repeat post? What makes you think that the content is not relevant to the thread.

Hi Atul,
The post you mentioned isn't deleted and seems like a perfectly decent reply to the query. However if you were to copy that same post onto other threads with similar requests and 80% of the content were the same - it would automatically get removed.
The measure was put in place to combat people who would come in and start posting their profiles on hundreds of threads. I do realize now that this could be a problem for people who also contribute in helping others via the platform. Perhaps a more sophisticated method is required where posts are not removed if a certain threshold of appreciations have been received by the user. I'll put this in place soon.
