one of the employee whos gross salary under 15000. but At the time of increment month of july 15 his gross salary over 15000. in this situation he is exemped from esic. so w.e.f. July 15 can we show out from esic nd how we out from esic contribution.

As you have given increment in the month of July . So , you have to pay the ESIC contribution till the contributory period ends i.e. September . ( irrespective of his monthly salary which is above 15000).The said employee will be exempted from ESIC from October onwards.
Please note that ESIC contributory period is from April to September and October to March every year.
