Good Morning!!!
Please advice me i want to resume my job after a long time of near about 3 years. Basically after my Maternity leave i do not start working. My back groung is HR & Office Administrator.
But now i want to start with core Hr, like recruiter & backend work of HR dept. Is that will work for me.

Please advice me will i go with direct company Hr or i should go with Hr consultancy. i dont understand what will i do because i am facing lots of trouble at the time of interview. But i Have no issuse to join as new joine. I want to learn every thing from the root level.
