Thanks Pragnaa Corporate HR Services India Pvt. Ltd. for updating quickly the members of this forum.
Now question is how this unorganised sector is going to obey this. Till date PF scheme is not implemented by this sector fully. The Government is coming out with new new schemes, enactments etc. but how many are implemented is a BIG QUESTION.

Many organised and big Corporates are complying with all or atleast most of the labour enactments. Instead of announcing new or amending the existing Laws, the Government should implement the existing laws and try to recover crores of dues outstanding for many years from several Employers. Senior / Top officials should be given targets and periodical review done. As you rightly mentioned it is easier to announce new Schemes or proposals, but let the authorities establish their existence first for getting employed and holding responsible positions by enforcing the existing laws.

Dear ,
Thanks for your contribution.
EPFO has declared special recovery drive of PF dues in the month of August 2015. Such kind of drives or initiatives by department are remain on papers. This kind of drives or initiatives are beneficial to the authorities only........
Many establishments are paying PF on 2500 / 3500. I came across one contractor during audit teaching me that it is perfectly alright.
Even with enhancement of threshold limit to Rs. 15000/- many establishments have not covered their employees under PF.

Many PF and ESI officers are doing consultancy. The company appoints them is protected. Others are subjected to harassment. Also those who follow the law are subjected to inspection and drives. Inspectors come for collecting money only.

Dear All
Is it the right time and move by the Union Govt to substitute EPF and ESI by National Pension Scheme and Insurance Scheme. How far it will be beneficial to the workers ?. Will the proposal be cleared by the Govt with the support of the Unions and Employers soon, so that there could be a relief from the ' Inspector Raj " ?.

They can recover from the employer. But the authorities must give the details of beneficiaries of the recovered amount.
