to our experience you better go for government insurance company where the procedures are little bit lengthy and less professional but for any excess of your claim amount, they will reimburse without much hassle.

I agree with Kumaracme when he suggests public sector company for mediclaim policies.New India Assurance,Oriental insurance have various policies.Speak to them or call the development office and discuss the merits and demerits of various policies and accordingly decide.

Whether they are exempted employees or not confirm as per the ESIC Act. Better service provider is STAR HEALTH AND ALLIED INSURANCE CO., but it is slightly expensive. Thank you Chandrashekar

As far as I have understood The Punjab National Bank with Oriental Insurance Company provides Mediclaim Policy at the lowest rate. But this is available only for SB Account holders in PNB. If you can keep the salary accounts of your employees with PNB then this will be the best option. Please, compare details with other offers too before coming to a final decision.
