Thank you for posting this.
The hitherto IBR regulation was very old and was crying for redress.
Good to see that while making this amendment opinions were sought from all concerned.
Further it is heartening to see that all the regulations from advanced countries have also been taken into account.

Can any one give a detailed picture to understand what are all the major changes brought in to this amendment.
Earlier the applicability of this act was very stringent, that is small boilers even with a capacity of 22.5 litres need to obtain boiler inspection certificate.. Is there any change on this...
