If a employee works for entire finical year ie from 1st April to 31st march and submits his registration on the 15th march with notice period of on month and last working day would be on 15th april in the next finical year.Is is eligible to bonus for that finical year.

If employee works for minimum 30 days in a financial year, he is eligible for bonus.
Therefore, the said employee is eligible for bonus for current financial year and next year not.
As per the POB Act, employees drawing wages (basic + DA) up to Rs. 10000/- per month are eligible for bonus.

Dear sir, Thanks of your reply, if the drawing salary is more than 20 k per month is he eligible for bonus and he is working in a ltd company(finical - operation dept)
