I was working in an IT firm for the last 8 years.After that I got an opportunity in an another IT firm.My agreed salary was good.So that I quit my first job.Now I got my first salary in the new company,which was less what they offered in their appointment letter.I request seniors to advice in this matter regarding the next step I want to do.

NO company would offer you less salary after giving it in your appointment order. Kindly note that CTC is different from your take home pay. Just try to know whether you had agreed upon CTC or Take home. You will get your questions answered immediately.

You might want to check your date of joining; if its after the 1st calendar day of the month, then you will only receive a salary (take home) for the actual days worked. Some components of a compensation package may (and I stress the 'may') be paid out quarterly or there can also be tenure / milestone based payments associated with you meeting targets or deadlines.
