Three years back i worked in an company for 2 months then resigned & joined an other MNC. In that old company they paid tax for the 2 months & provided me the form 16.
Now i applying for other jobs but i dont want to mention the 2 months employment.
Do the NASSCOM will track my 2 months employment using my PAN card.Because i paid tax for that 2 months.
Untill Unless i mention Do the NASSCOM can able to find my previous employment?
Please please can anyone clarify.

Hi I joined a co. as a supervisor on 23.10.2000, Probation period extended to 26.11.2001, Probation again extended to 22.01.2002, Terminated from service on 18.03.2002 for unsatisfactory performance. During the performance review no explanation call letter was issued, only verbal discussions were held only twice in this period. Probation period period was one year. What is the Legal position of Termination, i.e. whether it is in line with the legal requirements for Termination. Can anyone comment on the Legal position??
