Hi,
I worked as a developer in a company for almost 1year 10 months. Later i resigned from my job because of my family. Instead of sitting idle i was preparing for CAT, it dint go well, so I'm planning for MBA in Distance from NMIMS or Symbiosis with Specialization in HR. Again now I'm looking for a job. I can say job change actually. as I'm more interested in being a recruiter than a developer. As a recruiter, I'll get more chance to know about the different people, their interests, their problems etc.,
I want to know what is the qualification required to be an recruiter.
I'm a Engineering graduate, with 1year 10 months experience in development and aware of how the software industry works, qualifications and skills are required for particular roles in IT.
Is it necessary to have MBA with specialization in HR?
Can i join as an IT recruiter without any experience in recruiting?
Kindly guide me.
Thanks,
Ramya

Hi
Being as Engineering Graduate and having experience into development you can join as Technical Recruiter. To become as recruiter if you have knowledge about the recruitment then you can be a good recruiter. But still MBA ads value to your career
