Hi All, I decided to have my own HR business start up though i have just 1 year and 6 months in the field on HR. I know it is a very short period of time to start a business but i feel that i can learn many more when i have my business and start working for clients. I now have a doubt if i need to pursue a CHRMP or an MBA HR.. I have already enquired about MBA HR with ITM. kindly help me out and let me know which of these is the best for me.
