I am 4.5 years working in a small IT firm. About 1.5 Years back, in a fantasy to change my feild (with fake exp/sal certificates thru consultancy) i applied/attended many interviews but could not succeed to get job because my skills were not adequate.
However after lot of trying i later realized that the current job i was doing was sufficient and i dont want to spoil my career by getting using fake Ceritifcates. Now, i am still working in this IT company and looking for a job in a Genuine way.
Recently i found out that consultancy i used is also in the list of 200 fake companies that is circulated among HR professions by Police. I am very scared now, whether i will also be in trouble? I have not got job anywhere using this fake certificate. I am fully anxious and depressed about this. Can someone tell me what i should do?
