Actually m working in real estate firm as a PA of director but my boss is not happy with me i dnt know why..?? please help me what i do bcz i really not confortable for that

You need to take some time from your boss and discuss with him about what he feels about your performance or inputs if any he can provide you to deliver work more effectively.This should be when he is a good mood.
Also you need to assess yourself as to where you are lagging behing in work (if any).For e.g.,delay in work ,not prioritising things to be done,lack of proper communication,errors in work,frequent leaves.It can be any reason which you might be knowing better than any one else.
