Hi Friends,
I am working in a MNC compnay, am recruited as Purchaser after that one by one increased my works, Admin, Maintanance and now HR.Here I had one big problem, in my office one gent is working , he is doing finance and loginstics.
But he is manuplating the people and the technicians who's coming from forgeing and wants to create I am bad, even my management also believe him, they don't wants to know both sides of him.Simple they believe his lies.
our operators are well known about him but they don't tell the truth to the management because they are afraid they will get any problem to their jobs, when I am going to the office I got mental torcher because of his attitude.
please help to suggest how to I prove he is telling lies, and I am innocent infront of my management.
or is there any other way to control him to create this type of problems to me and giving mental torcher.
please any one can help me to solve my problem.

Hi ,

Ms.Lakshmi, as you discussed that a person in your company is creating problems for you,manipulating things and people against you and so on.

I have few questions which are :

Is he only focusing on you to make you disturb?

Any other staff of yours are also being disturbed by him ?

Is he more senior / older than you in your organisation?

What is the point that he is only following you ?

You have to search above answers and have to to answer yourself only.

As you told others staff also knows about his activities but no one comes up to complaint to management , then what is the reason behind this?

As per my view you should only focus on your work with more dedication, do not re act , reply if any things comes you in direct way from his side ( any statement/issues ) via any other employee of your office.

If your problem really exists try to know the cause somehow why he is doing so, come to the route cause if any, and if you finally find that he is really damaging your image, harassing you in any ways , talk him directly but politely, if still he does not stops make a written complaint to your directors about your issues, i am sure top management will take certain actions to solve your problem, company will maintain the worthy and important employee with them, do not hesitate if your points are right.

And at par if your consent allows tackle him in your way , prove that you are also following him , and he is a leader of your office, and wait for right time and clue, when you get good stuff and evidence prove it to management..

Problems Are Same , Facing Them In Different Way Leads To Success..

Think it deeper , feel it deeper and stand for action, you can do it.
