Thanks for your comments Dear S R BAlLAJI your feedback is extremely important in order to motivate me to share training materials.
I shared this PPT because every organization is made of employees and they can perform only if the employees give their best. The employees will give their best only if they are motivated.

Amar B Singh, nice presentation but allow me to share my comments. You may agree to disagree.
Please remember the thumb rule that you cant motivate any normal, mature human being with any reward or by fear, because both these methods are temporary. The wants in them increases every second. What will you do next? Will you keep on giving rewards. The only solution is self motivation. A self motivated person will not work to receive some extra cash or good comments from his boss. He will do his job professionally. Try it once.

Dear Sir,
I agree with you that reward is a temporary motivation. While managing people in business world you come across two types of people.
1. Self motivated people, as you mentioned they will work at their own because they have their own goals to achieve, a manger has to identify these goals and just help these employees to achieve their goals and they will perform.
2. Second type of people are those who are not self motivates they need to be motivates by managers and for that he has to identify what motivates these people and help them to achieve that. It may be money, recognition career.
In business world a manager has to continuously motivate people in order to get best results, there is no everlasting method of motivation. Motivational needs of people may change with time. Once our motivation may be money but once we get money our next desire may be recognition.
Thanks for sharing your views, they are valuable for me.
Regards,
Amar Bir Singh
