Kindly help me what is role and responsibilities of Hr manager and their involvement if he is the only Hr of the company immediate senior is the proprietor

To put it in simple terms, the responsibilities include designing a HR framework for the organisation, successful implementation of the same and then conduct an audit to analyse whether its working properly or not, identify the areas of concern and rectify them.
Of course, its not an easy responsibility.

Hello Friends.
I am working with an NGO Chaitanya. Our NGO is working for Women empowerment through SHGs. Theses SHGs come together & form federation. Chaitanya helps SHGs in federation formation. after existence these federations are separate entity so Chaitany's role is only to guide, capacity building of these federation etc.
We have 48 federations & 1,10,000 SHG women in 18 districts of Maharashtra.
In each federation staff strength is like 1 Manager, 1 Accountant & 4 filed staff. as on today all federation staff strength is 300.
As a HR manager I am maintaining MIS of these staff, leave record, some time recruitment, salary.
Our trustees are expecting more initiative from me.
