Sir i have working with Limited company from past 3 years now try to change of job in this company i have balance leaves to take PL-59,SL-7,Cl-4 is it mandatory to give any notice period.

Usually companies will give option either to serve notice period or pay in lieu of notice period, please check your appointment order, If there is such option you can pay the notice period salary and leave job immediately.
Secondly, notice period adjustment in existing leave is dependent on companies policy, so please check your company policy for the same.
