Recently I have submitted Form 19 & Form 10C for my previous employers PF account closure(worked for 7 months with that employer). I received a message stating that my Form 19 has been processed and the amount has also been credited to my Bank account. Whereas I have also received another message saying that my Form 10C has been rejected.
Please do let me know if I receive any amount if I re-submit my form 10Cor what is the purpose of it. I have received Rs. 50,000/- for my form 19. What will be the approximate amount that I will receive if I re-submit my form 10C?

Dear Deepika
Maximum contribution in EPS account will be Rs.541/- per month.
What is your basic salary? You have mentioned your total receipt in Form 19 is Rs.50000/- which seems to be unrealistic. That means your basic salary in which the PF Deducted was Rs.32000/-.
Your accumulated EPS Contribution for the 7 months is Rs.3787/-, for which interest will not be paid.
What is the reason given in the EPS Form. Please check with the PF Department of your office and get the clarification. They can guide you properly in this aspect.

Hi Bhaskar,
You are correct about the Basic salary. I am yet to receive the rejection letter with the reason for rejection. I will update once I receive the rejection letter about the reason.
So based on the reasons if I re-submit form 10C, I will get approximately Rs. 3787/-. Is that correct?
Regards,
Deepika.

There may be following reason for 10c rejection
1. Total service less than or = 6 months
2. Family particular not mentioned
3. Break statement not given
4. Opted for certificate?
5. Pf a/c no error, doj or dol not proper
10c for 1 year is generally approximately 6450/-

Dear Deepika,
Greetings for the day,
In addition to all above mentioned comment i would wish to quote few things which may be the reason of rejection of your form 10c:
1) Incomplete form.
2) mismatch in authorized signatory specimen signature.
3) Withdrawal benefit against form 10c is only admissible if the membership is of 180days or more.So 6 or month doesn't mean any thing please check the non contributory days of your service period i.e of 7 months.
Thanks & Regards,
From,

I received the message from PF as Rejected due to :- DOL IN CLAIM FORM IS 20/10/2017 BUT OT/17 PAIN ON 11/2017 CONTRIBUTION RECD TWO TIMES NEED CLARIFICATION/K

Dear all...
Can any 1 help me with proper clarification??
I hv worked for an organization for 6 years and have resigned in the month of Dec 2017.
After waiting for 2 months period.. I applied for online pf withdrawal through UAN. I submitted both Form 19 and Form 10c online.
Now when I check the claim status ...
Form 19 is showing settled with an X amount. And also remark says next initiated.
But under Form 10c it's showing as rejected with remarks -
"claim-form-10c (eps withdrawal/sc)(withdrawal benefit / scheme certificate) claim id-gnggn180250026193 member id-gnggn00293350000001190 has been rejected due to :- form 19 attached along with form 10c/ok"
I am worried as the amount reflecting under form 19 approval is less than it reflects in my pf passbook.
Please let me know what should I do.. As unable to understand.
