Am vineetha, working in healthcare industry from past 4 years. Am very much interested in HR i did MBA in HR, and also pursuing Advance diploma in HR. Am also good at people skills , good at interpersonal skills.
Am confused in choosing my job, Am not getting HR job, even if i get pay scale is very low. But in the healthcare field were am currently working am getting offers as PRO, and into operations.
Pls advice........ am desperately looking for change of job.

Try looking for HR in Healthcare industries, as you have the experience in the industry. Infact, check with company that's offering Ops and PRO job if they have any opening for HR, and explain them you are a Qualified MBA in HR and actively looking for a career change.
There is a real need of HR from Healthcare Industry. the dynamics of business in Health care is different and so is the challenges in handling staff and their issues. You fit the bill just right.
