Hi,
As per the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1972, the Interest or penalty provision are stated in Section 14, but it is not for delay in contribution of LWF. it is stated for 'Unpaid Accumulations, or fines after notice of demand received.
Hence, if you are going to make the payment for LWF contributions (Rs. 7/- + Rs. 14/-), for the year 2013, you can pay the amount without any penalty.
In case, you are looking for any support, in remittance of payment, please write to us.

You can pay the contribution as per the statute of your state without interest, if in the near future there is any demand by notice you can request for the waiver of such penalty/interest.
