Gunjan,
My company did three (3) projects for three (3) big pharma companies in our country. One is a local, while two were multinationals. The projects were Policy Development (HR Policy Manual), Performance Management System (PMS), and Employee Satisfaction Survey.
We can help you by doing these for your company if you have budget and willing to get external help from professionals. We can even visit your company and country.
Get in touch.

Gunjan,
I am sorry but we cannot send them to you.
Our outputs are confidential and customized to our clients unique requirements.
Of course we can do or replicate similar projects with any company in any industry. But we don't do it for free. This is our bread and butter.
Best wishes,

Dear Gunjan,
Ed Llarena Jr is right, nothing is actually free especsially when it comes to bread and butter.
However I would advice that you too should look in-wards formulate seemingly HR Policies that looks relevant to your industry-pharmaceutical and seek your Management's position on such.
In addition liase with colleagues in the HR depts of the industry, ask questions, network, go visiting their premises to under-study their workplace and HR/Safety policies put in place.
Above all if your Company has a budget for an external consultant- Ed Llarena Jr, Mahila and even Myself we are all available, at a fee of cause.
Meanwhile keep on keeping on.

I'm sure the Gartner Group has a report you can purchase as well. I do work in this industry and I receive a lot of offers. It seems like I got one not long ago. I probably deleted it, but I think I forwarded it to one of our client execs. I will look in my outbox to see if I can locate it for you. I don't know where you want me to forward it to, so if I find it, I will post which company has it and their contact info to the forum.

Nova Nordsk has used the P-CMM - you can read more about this in the People CMM book. Also, I believe that Accenture has done some indusry-specific reports on best practices in recent years. You might browse their websites.
Please can anyone send me the contact details of HR of Pharmaceutical and FMCG - Healthcare companies?

Dear Ed Llarena, Jr.
The boy seemed to be over enthusiastic as he may expect everything form market free of cost. This is basically indian mentality and you can't expect these from any americans. You are right . Some of the greedy pahrma companies kills the industry by throwing the product with impurities with less qulity adherence , hence they can't afford to buy good HRM tools with cost . so they perish while they kill others . so we know what all HR tools means here .
