It would be very subjective without going into deep of what kind of training you provide to the employees, its purposes and target audience.
For measuring the effectiveness of imparted training, a pre and post analysis carried out and gap is the effectiveness part. It may show the effectiveness or otherwise a defect in the training imparted.
