Dear Abhishek,
If I am not wrong, you had earlier asked for advice on taking Factory License. Now you are in requirement of this. Why don't you try harder and find on your own, rather than depending on anybody for all your HR matters ? Why not ask your HR Manager ?
I am sure senior CITEHR Members will agree with me on not spoon-feeding anybody.

Good Morning
I'm talking about contractor complience and I've already prepared my annual return. I just want to cross check. Sir I'm agree with you and i really don't want that anybody spoon fooding me but my real problam is that I'm working in small industries and here not anybody who's guide me so i put my problem to front of my seneiors because I know and lot of hopes to my seniors, they will be provide me best

Here no one will give you the filled and filed copy of Half yearly and annual returns for you in this open forum. Please contact the HR people personally and seek guidance. You can talk to any seniors and make your Half yearly & Annual returns checked.
The Half yearly and Annual returns are to be submitted on or before 31 Jan 2014. But you are seeking guidance on expiry of the date. Is there any specific reason for this delay?
