Is the LWF applicable slab will be consider based on Monthly Gross or by Earned Gross (Excluding LOP salary).
Example:
State: West Bengal
0-2500 Employee LWF - 0, Employer LWF - 0
above 2501 Employee LWF - 3, Employer LWF - 6
If Employee's Gross is 6500/- and due to LOP, his earned gross id 2200/-.
Is he eligible for an LWF deduction?
