Am not sure if this is too late for me to respond !. You can definitely do the following simple events at office:
1. Sugarcane eating contest
2. Rangoli using Natural item
3. Dress code
4. Pongal food fest - Highest collection stall should be rewarded
Am also into creation of mailers. PFA the sample mailer. Let me know if you want this to be designed for your events . I charge very nominal fees. The one attached here is just Rs 250.
