i have over 8 years of Sales experience in different organizations, now i would like to change my sales profession to HR profession (recently finished BBA - Management Specialization and my thesis topic is how annual performance appraisal affect job satisfaction of employees)
need your support on how to change me CV as a potential candidate for some HR positions.

I have done MBA in HR with distinction. My goal is to settle as a HR. I started my career as a HR-Recruiter. After having had a few months experience, i got a opportunity as an Executive Assistant to CEO. So that i shifted my career from HR to EA. Recently i am joined in some other company as a PA. Now i am thinking to change my career as a HR. It's my long term wish.
Please suggest me.

Being an HR professional, I would suggest you both to be a good HR professional. Ok, first member wants to shift from sales to HR and it is good to work as HR, but here I also suggest you that if you have vast experience of 8 years n sales field and thorough knowledge of sales, I refused to do so. As for you HR field is completely new and to take the same salary which you are getting now is quite impossible but yes if your vision is cleared and not have any monetary issue then go with ABCD of HR in manufacturing organisation as there you can learn fast.
Second member wants to shift again in HR field. Ok good decision rather to be a secretary, it is good to be a good HR professional. If you want to be good HR professional, make your previous HR knowledge as strong base and accordingly frame your CV and wait for good opportunity as per your knowledge.

thanks for the advise and suggestions, but to be honest i am a little bit fed up with sales activities specially in here (Kabul Afghanistan) because of 2014 most of the businesses are stand by / even stopped. now i need some help to get the right position (HR) in any of the organization,
i have also discussed the issue with my internal HR to get some other positions in my current company, they are asking to finish your thesis and get the bachelor degree after that we will do something for you.
