Dear Kumar,
You are Bsc (Electronics) then why did you accept bank job of clearing? Any how It is not too late. Select either electronics as your career or finance field for your career.
Thoroughly analyse your interest and choose any field but you should be prepare for one thing, you may have to start from initial level in any field because all of your previous experience will become zero.

Banking is an expanding sector. The fact that you have done MBA(Finance) shows that you are interested in banking and finance disciplines.You can explore the following options :
1) The very fact that you spent three years in clearing, it shows that you have some knowledge of general banking procedure. Find out whether you can switch over to core banking functions within your bank where you are currently employed.;
2)You can prepare yourself for appearing for probationary officers or management trainee position sin public sector banks. Please go through the advertisement which they publish in the leading news papers or display on their websites.
3)The acquisition of MBA(Finance) and the experience of three years,in banking, if properly presented in terms of skills and knowledge you gained during these three years, can fetch you a job in banks-
