Diwali Gifts For Employees - Employee Gifts

Hi,
We give diwali gifts to our employees every year.
This year also we will give some thing but I am confused what
it should be? Our tentative budget is Rs500 for each employee. So please
I request you to suggest me some thing which an employee and his family can use. Cost is not an issue I can increase it little bit.
