During our training programs, we use simple introduction to concepts. I wanted to share one such presentation here - but unable to upload the files. When such introductory information are combined with simple games and Spaghetti diagrams it becomes easy for the audience to understand the power of Kaizen.
I am not sure why I am not able to upload files - already written to admin to help me on this. In the meanwhile, if somebody is interested to get these files (Tamil & English) please send a mail to
