You must submit an application to the Labour Office to seek permission to maintain the Soft copy of Muster Roll, OT Register and Wages Register. For safer side on completion of the month please load the data in CD & take the print out and keep on filing the same, so that the entire data got corrupted you need not to worry because you will lose only the current month, which can be retrieved without much struggle.
