Hey Shalini,
I have heard a lot about the Steel City. Infact my friend had been there for a project and was gaga about the city. Apparently the crime rate also is very low. But I guess a major part of the city's success is owed to its citizens as there is a lot of awareness about cleanliness and other kind of social issues. I would love to visit that place some day but untill such time cheers to citizens like you.
