Thanks for posting two different power point files for the benefit of all the readers in Cite HR.
The coverage gives a good introduction to understand the concept.
If you are considering to improve upon the same please attach some slides
to highlight KRAs and KPAs and their linkgae with Goal Setting in the beginning
of the year, followed by assesment in the year end.
Apart from Functional proficiencies Key Behavioural Aspects are also assessed.
