Can anybody share some inputs or material on how to start implementing OD interventions in a commercial establishment and what is the process and how to show the amount of value addition OD can do by implementing such process?

OD should necessary aim at Systems Building,Culture Building,Commitment Building, Competency building
OD is parallel process vide your interventions at
1) Organization Vide.(Typically addressing :- Streamlining Business Process,Interventions involving a bare transactional company aiming towards a corporate culture,Branding Excersies etc..)
2) Developmental Interventions :- in increasing the Performance Management systems, work levels , compensation structures etc,,
3) Career planning etc...
