My organisation, which also come under the defination of Factoriy under Factories Act, has established Lift . We used to get the Lift inspected under Factories Act, 1948 at the interval of six month. Now I want to know that wether inspection is also needed under Lift Act? Wether inspection is needed under both the Act ?
