Hi,
I resigned from my earlier company on 15th Jan 2013. Since then they have been delaying my full & final settlement.
Pending issues:
1. Gratuity payment
2. Full & final amount including leaves, notice period, variable etc..
3. They have not deposited PF till my last working day…in other words 3 months of PF is yet to be updated with PF office, I have checked my PF passbook online
4. Form 16 – they are yet to issue the same however all taxes have been deducted from my salary
Will appreciate if you could share insights on how this above issues can be managed & suggested legal recourse if the delay persists.
