To know the difference in Labour Court and Industrial Court or Tribunals, you need to read section 7 of ID Act.
LC adjudicate industrial disputes relating to matters specified in 2nd schedule and whereas, IC adjudicate industrial disputes relating to any matter specified in 2nd or 3rd schedule.
There is a difference in criteria for appointing presiding officer of LC and IC in regards to qualification and experience.
