Dear Mitesh,
It is not that easy to answer your query because the term \"labour\" alone is nowhere defined in any of the labour laws. The words similar to labour usually used are \'workman\' , \'worker\' and \'employees\'.Sometimes it has been named either as \'bonded labourer\',or \'contract labour\' in some of the labour laws.
I give you the best solution is that you go through the compendium of the labour laws. Section 2 of all the Acts contains definitions part, where you get the various definitions related to particular Act.

Dear Sir
"Labour" means any person who is employed to do any skilled, unskilled or manual work and receives wage for the services rendered.
if you could reveal the circumstances or context underwhich you want to understand it would help us to brief a lot.
