Dear Seniors,
I was working in a ltd company and worked for around 2 yrs..I\'d given a proper resignation from the position and served notice period of 30 days which was required.. Got relieving and experience letter also.. However now more than one and a half year passed however still I have not got my full any final amount. Have written so many mails to the company whereas no response received. Even not from the MD of the company, matter has been escalated to him also..
Now please suggest what should I do in this condition.

Dear Ms. Sarita, You can send them a final intimation to get your F&F amount mentioning that if they are not responding, you can move for legal action against the company. Regards, Prabhat

One and half year is too long period. Why did you wait for such a long time?
What you need to do is to contact lawyer who handles labour cases. However, before that I recommend you contact labour office of your area (i.e. where your company is). Give written application to the labour officer. Try to find out whether you can resolve the dispute. If nothing happens then you may send lawyer's notice. If still nothing happens then as such your lawyer will tell you what to do.
