Dear Sir, I would like to know more about above concept. I am working as VP (Admin) in a steel factory in Pune.

Its about scaling up the HR functions to meet the challenges in Business 3.0
Right from enabling business with the people management frameworks to embracing technology that would bring in the impact.
Beyond the cliched words, the implementation is all about the balancing the sensitivities and remaining agile.
Few recent cases such as managing the shrinking jobs and salaries, as the work load continues to grow. Usage of social platform to interact with the internal stakeholders is an example of embracing the new forms of technology.

Dear (Cite Contribution),
I am really surpirsed that no body replied to this e-mail and your reply is more of a academician rather than a HR professional. I understand the difference but would like to get correct prospective of the issues connected to my question.
When I attanded the HR conclave in Pune last month I was not impressed at all by the conduct except that it was laced with pomp and show. It's perfectly fine to have pomp and show to such august gathering but I missed the participation views and was just a listener.
I am a believer in simple living and would like to be more a ground soldier rather than purely a academician. When I use word 'ground soldier' means a lot to me. He is an academician who knows how to implement theory in practice effectively.
With warm wishes.
