Hi,
Does the companies store the employees data(exp letters, resume last company salary slips, candidate information sheets etc) even after the employee resign from the company, and if they store the data with them will they co-relate the new data with the previous data if employee wish to join the same company again.

My query is that...
Suppose a person named RAM join a company namex XYZ with showing 6 years of exp(some fake + some original) and later resigned to join another company again after few years RAM clear the interview of XYZ company and he crack the interview they asked him to fill candidate info sheet so that they can verify and issue a offer letter to him,but this time RAM decided to go with original only(he puts only original exp +submit org exp letters) now the question arises is will the staff of XYZ company relate the curren Candidate info sheet with the previous data which they have with them for RAM and if they check they will easily found RAM was lying them when he is with them in past so in this scenario is there any probability that he will not hired again or the staff of XYZ will consider the info of current CIS

Dear Friend,
Background verification of a candidate varies from company to company. Usually IT companies emphasize more on background check than other companies. Also, it depends on designation for which the person has been selected.
Generally companies do background check only as per the documents shown to them in C.V. or at the time of selection.
In your case, if company goes for scrutinize background check, then you will be at receiving end.
Atlas, it depends on company's HR/Management whether to fire candidate or not.
