Hi, I am working in an it company in jaipur, rajasthan, india. I want to know about IT company rules because they are applying their own rules.
1. The company have one month notice period and they not pay salary to the employee in notice period and pay salary after one or two month later when employee left company after surviving notice period.
2. Official timing is 10 to 7 but they pressurise that you have stay here for late and complete the work even they are not paying any extra money for that.
3. They apply a new policy before some days that if any employee have increment then 10% of total salary would be deducted.
Please help me.

1. The company have one month notice period and they not pay salary to the employee in notice period and pay salary after one or two month later when employee left company after surviving notice period.

In some small companies the employer is in fear that the employee after resignation gets the salary of the previous month will leave the company without serving the notice period hence they hold the salary and once the employee completes the notice period then they pay after a month or so. Which is a very wrong practice

2. Official timing is 10 to 7 but they pressurise that you have stay here for late and complete the work even they are not paying any extra money for that.

In most of the private companies the white collar job employees are supposed to complete the work and not the 8-9 hours job which a workmen does. But if the works is tremendous and is in regular basis you can approach the HR for recruiting on temporary base or permanent base as the case may be to ease out the work pressure.

3. They apply a new policy before some days that if any employee have increment then 10% of total salary would deduct.

For what ??????? please clarify to respond
