NCR means National Capital Region. In India, NCR comprises of the entire area of Delhi (both New and Old Delhi) and some of the urban areas of its neighboring states of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.
Coming back to your query - are minimum wages different for NCR?
You need to read the notification of concern state government. NCR is certainly falling under city. So whaterver rates applicable to city area, are applicable to NCR.
