Dear friends,
Since 14 year I am working in development sector (With NGOs) mostly in NGOs the job is available on project base. Most of the project duration will be 2 to 5 years. I worked in 1 year or 2 years projects and when it’s observed that organization have no capacity to provide me second project to continue my job I left the organization. Even in one or two places I fail to manage with the management and I left the organization. This entire situation now very much affecting my CV. In 14 years I worked with 9 Organizaation. Now when I am facing an interview the interviewer asking me why I am frequently changing organization, whether I like to work on short term basis or I am rigid person who can’t able to manage or I am not good enough in my job.
I am fading up by giving answer of this question during my interview; even it’s creating negative impact to interviewer. I am convincing interviewer that, now I am in the middle of my age so in this situation I want stable job I wa
