I am working with Gujarat government department on 11 months contract basis. I was joining before couple of months. I am on leading position. I have below questions regarding pay slip, joining latter, form 16 etc.
1) Employ who are join under this 11 months contract that consider under contract labour act 1970 ? or consider any other act ?
2) The person how join under this 11 months contract s/he eligible for joining latter, form no 16 and pay slip ?
3) This 11 months contract paper has to prepare on any stamp (legal) paper or on any simple paper ?
Kindly guide on above things.

Dear Samir ji,
Answers to your questions serial wise as under:
1. You are not a contract labour since, it seems to me, your employment is direct with department and not through any agency. This kind of appointment is contractual for Fix Term.
2. This kind of employment also eligible for joining / appointment letter, form 16 under I Tax Act if your taxable income is in IT bracket. Also eligible for pay slip.
3. Contract paper / appointment letter need not be on stamp paper.
