Can you suggest me that how to calculate the monthly salary with PF ?
I know the salary break but I don't know how to process the monthly salary ?
And, Does monthly salary is divided by 26 or 30 or 31 ?
Can any one suggest me ?
I would be really grateful , if anyone shares excel file on this topic .

Greetings for the day!!!
pls check the below mentioned percentages for designing salary structure:
Basic Salary= 50% of the salary in metro cities & 40% in non metro cities
HRA = 50% of the Basic salary
Conveyance = 800 per month
Medical Alloawance = 1250 per month
PF : 12% of basic salary
PF goes optional if your basic salary is more than Rs. 6500/- then its on the discretion of company to deduct the pf on total basic salary or upto Rs. 6500/-.
